We're thrilled to share that the Auntie Duck programme was a runner-up in the Modeshift STARS 2025 Education Engagement Project of the Year - Multiple School Impact Award. This recognition shows just how quickly the programme is making a difference - helping children understand where air pollution comes from and inspiring them to choose active, sustainable travel so everyone can enjoy safer, healthier journeys to school.
The Auntie Duck programme supports schools aiming for Asthma Friendly School status by helping pupils and staff understand how air quality affects those with asthma, and how simple changes can help reduce exposure to common triggers. Moggy's New Medicine, the sister book to Auntie Duck, complements this learning by exploring what day-to-day asthma management looks like for children who live with the condition.
