Pupil Progress Trackers

Within this section, you will find editable documents which can be used by subject leads and class teachers to capture and assess pupil progress. In order to simplify this process, we have condensed the learning outcomes from within each DDC resource/lesson into summarised ‘I can…’ type statements. These can be used by teaching staff to accurately judge if pupils have met or not met each statement based on observations, pupils work, their contributions during lessons and any changes in knowledge or understanding.

By completing these trackers, class teachers can record both individual and group progress to identify any gaps in knowledge, supporting planning and delivery. Pupil progress information can be shared with subject leads and other class teachers to assist future delivery and continuity and celebrate pupil achievement.

This information can also be used by subject leads and SLT in a range of ways, such as monitoring individual, class and progress across year groups/phases and whole school. It is also useful in supporting subject monitoring, evidencing statutory curriculum requirements and in evaluation of the impact of the DDC resources as part of a PSHE programme.
