What is the... What's Up Duck story about?

This story is designed for you to read to your child(ren) or to go through with them if they are reading it for themselves. Don’t just read the story either, have a look at the pictures. What’s happening? What’s wrong? What would you do in that situation?

We want children, and adults like YOU, to be able to access a range of resources that can help children to understand about Emotional Wellbeing (EWB).

We also want children to be able to learn, and remember, some simple activities that can help them maintain good EWB or regain it if they need to.

These activities are very useful following lockdown, but can also be used at any time, as life will provide challenges for us all, no matter what age we are, or situation we find ourselves in.
